PAYMENT POLICY
At least 40% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before commencement of the tour program. If the reservation is made within 45 days of departure the whole amount (100%) must be paid at the time of confirmation.
HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT
All international payments are to be made through bank, to which after confirmation we send you email invoice with bank details. If the payment is made through credit card, 4% of the total agreed (package price) price should be added to the original package price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing. As all suppliers charge cancellation fees, they are in turn passed on to us.
Confirmed Bookings that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers of participants are hereinafter collectively called a CANCELLATION are subject to cancellation and NO SHOW FEES.
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no-show fees.
THE FOLLOWING IS THE SCALE FOR CANCELLATION CHARGES:
- 150 Days Cancellation from the day of arrival and/or utilizing of confirmed service(s) 50% of quoted and agreed prices.
- 120 Days Cancellation from the day of arrival and/or utilizing of confirmed service(s) 75% of quoted and agreed prices.
- Within 90 Days or No Show Cancellation from the day of arrival and/or utilizing of confirmed service(s) 100% of quoted and agreed prices.
- Hotels/Lodges/Camps/Resorts are numerous and each one has varying cancellation policies which will be applicable and reserve the right to override above policy.
GOVERNMENT TAXES AND CONSERVATION FEES:
All our prices are inclusive of current Government taxes, Park and Game Reserve Fees. In the event, where a guest booked a hotel/lodge/camp site separately from the package price, he/she should ask the hotel/lodge/camp site if concession is included in the package, if not, then the guest should incur the cost.
